Q. Can the free games be used by other people in the group?
A. No, games are not transferable and only the person listed on the account can use the games provided on the membership.
Q. Can someone sign up for two memberships and use them in conjunction on one visit?
A. No, you can only have one membership per person.
Q. What is the age limit for this program?
A. Kids 15 and under are eligible to take part in the Kids Club Summer Program.
Q. Can adults sign-up for this program themselves?
A. Adults are welcome to join the program by registering on our website and paying a one-time registration fee of $24.95 per person. Then they will receive 2 free games each day like the kids!
Q. Do customers need to print the emails and bring them in each time the visit?
A. No they do not. Every customer will have their membership value loaded to their account simply by presenting their card or mobile number upon visiting us.
Q. When kids join the Kids Club Summer Edition will they be included in other Kids Club promotions or do they have to sign up again?
A. They are a member of all Kids Club promotions and do not have to sign up again. From time to time we will ask for them to update their information but they will always be part of our Kids Club until they reach the age of 16.
Q. Will this data ever be sold or shared with a third party company?
A. Never! We hate spam as much as our customers do so we promise to only send you information related to our center, activities and membership.
Q. Do games carry over if they are not used?
A. Games that do not get used expire at the end of each day.
